
Return Policy
If you are unhappy with an item that was not described well we will accept returns within 10 days. You must contact us first.
If your item arrives damaged it will need to be taken into the carrier (UPS, FedEx or the Post office) for a claim. If you chose the option to not have insurance it is at your own risk.
Holding Policy
We will no longer put items on hold unless there is a payment plan set up. For every $100.00 on hold a minimum of $25.00 per month payment will be required. If a hold is cancelled, 10% of the purchase price will be forfeited and the remaining balance will be returned. A deposit will be required within 10 days or the item will not be held. Until the deposit is received the website may show the item as available, but the item will be held for the 10 days that we are waiting for a deposit. This is to save time since we have had too much time going into non-paying holds lately and this is also to keep track of any potential buyers, should the deposit not arrive within the 10 days. For numerous or high dollar holds we will check model horse sites for any negative feedback. If there is numerous negative feedback we reserve the right to not hold items, but we will accept payment in full.
